What rights you have over your data
If you have made a legitimate enquiry, requested updates or used our services, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Any data that is archived relating to an enquiry and/or job, will be placed on encrypted facilities that are not accessible via remote network connections. All personally identifiable data will be deleted when the records exceed our data retention guidelines.
What data breach procedures we have in place
Should a data breach occur, we will send out an email at the earliest opportunity to inform any subjects whose data may have been compromised. This email will contain a list of data types that are attributable to their specific category of record.
